After you have run a Scan, you must transfer the Scan file(s) to a PC that has the SekChek Classic software installed and encrypt the files with SekChek’s public key.

To encrypt your Scan file
From the SekChek Classic software on your PC: select the tab for the appropriate SekChek tool; click Encrypt. You can also drag the Scan file onto SekChek’s main form.

Scan file naming conventions
- AS/400. PROFBAS.txt, SYSVALS.txt and the optional (5) files: ANZDFTPWD.txt, PGMADP.txt, OBJAUT.txt, SRVTBLE.txt, SEKLOG.txt. Ensure all files have txt file extensions!
- Active Directory. SEK2KF.zip. SekChek also accepts extended filenames (e.g. SEK2KF MyName 20070316.ZIP). However, the filename must begin with SEK2KF.
- Windows Server. SEKNTF.zip. SekChek also accepts extended filenames (e.g. SEKNTF MyName 20070316.ZIP). However, the filename must begin with SEKNTF.
- UNIX. SEKUNF.Z. SekChek also accepts extended filenames (e.g. SEKUNF MyName 20070316.Z). However, the filename must begin with SEKUNF.
- Netware. SEKNEF.zip. SekChek will also recognise extended filenames (e.g. SEKNEF MyName 20070316.ZIP). However, the filename must begin with SEKNEF.
Enter your report processing options (AS/400 and UNIX only)
Click OK... SekChek will prompt to email your encrypted Scan file for processing over a TLS encrypted channel.
